		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t know if your comment is tongue-in-cheek or not :-).   Rouleur (of which I am a subscriber) is a very upmarket (cf expensive) mag, printed on high quality paper &amp; being a bit more essay-based rather than short-form articles.  I don&#039;t know if it specifically thinks of itself as a magazine about the &quot;culture&quot; of being a cyclist but that&#039;s how it strikes me.  Ask Santa for a copy, I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll love it (or it&#039;s off-road sister publication, Privateer).
